How do I adjust my watch size?

You will need tools to push the pin out of the adjustment links.

My watch is broken, how can I get it repaired?

Depends on the damage please contact us.

My battery is dead, where can I get a new one?

We recommend taking your watch to your nearest authorized Rebelure retailer.

I need a new band (or new links) for my watch, where can I get those?

Please email Support@rebelure.com to request the parts you are looking for, we are ready to help you.

How can I tell if my watch is authentic?

The easiest way to know if your watch is authentic is if it was purchased from our authorized Rebelure website. If you’re unsure, please contact the retailer you purchased it from or contact us at support@rebelure.com

How do I wind my mechanical watch?

Mechanical watches are powered by the movement of your wrist as you wear it. So Get Active!

Where can I find out about my warranty?

Your watch is covered by Rebelure`s 2-Year Global Warranty from the moment it was purchased. To qualify for warranty service, you will need to provide proof of purchase (eg. rebelure watch receipt) from an authorized Rebelure retailer.

How can I get a manual for my watch?

How long does it take from the time you order until you receive your package?

Depends on your location, every package ships from Denmark.

Denmark - 1-2 Days

Nordic - 4-6 Days

Worldwide 5-15 Days

What does the 2-year warranty on T8 watches cover?

It covers all production and movement faults for 2 years from the purchase date.

It does NOT cover damage from unintended use.

Can I return/exchange my product?

Yes

Please fill out a return form, the refund will be sent when we receive the returned item.

The exchange and return period for a gift?

The same 30 days as always.

But you can always send a request to the support team, they will help you.

The exchange and return deadline for a Christmas present?

Due to holidays its extended. Purchases made in November and December is available for exchange and return until 31. January.
